Sushi...
This is my first post.
My intent is to make myself feel better as a person by expressing feelings and junk. This is the internet. Everyone does it. LiveJournal is so 2002 and Facebook is super cluttered (and results in people asking me if I'm okay and worrying and junk). I mean, I suppose I could vent to real people in meatspace, but with my lifestyle I don't ever get to the point that I trust anyone I see personally to handle some of my rants (with the obvious exception of my wife, but I feel terrible dumping baggage at her).
Anyway, right now I'm sitting here making this post with a belly full of sushi from Oishi Sushi in Doha. On Tuesdays you can get all you can eat and a large bottle of water for 150 QR. My office occasionally declares a sushi night and we go out and make pigs of ourselves. I've been kinda depressed lately and the food at work hasn't be particularly pleasing (plus it's kinda hot) so my portions have been smaller. After like 30 plates (10 less than my last outing) I had an almost painful stretching sensation in my gut that was simply glorious. I might have to make a greater effort to control my portions for the pure joy of that stuffed sensation in the future.
Of course now I'm sitting and blogging instead of hitting some cardio before bed because I'm a fatty and I like the noise when I slap my open palm on my bare belly.
If you have a problem with that you can fuck right the hell off and never come back and I won't miss you ;-)
